Meditation with Marcie

Meditation with Marcie is a weekly group that begins with some breathwork and breathing techniques, moves in to a group meditation practice and ends with educational group discussions on metaphysical topics. We provide a place for people to come together for inspiration and support, with no judgment and to help raise consciousness towards balance in our daily lives and healing though the modality of meditation.
